A blow to Scotland's smokers
No more smoking in Scotland's bars, pubs and restaurant. No more smoking in public buildings or where people worked. I celebrated the occasion with a nice Montecristo and a big glass of peaty Scotch at the HALO in Edinburgh's West End.
