Arrived in Australia. We're at the Gold Coast, which is about an hour south of Brisbane. This is taken in the Currumbin Sanctuary - a wildlife park near Burleigh Heads.

Dingos. While they remind me of dogs, Edson assured me that these are way too hungry to keep them as pets. Imagine you're walking your dingo and the little brat causes a massacre at Hungry Jack's nearby (Australian Burger King).

Most Aussie animals seem to be sort of slow...

... but some of them can attack quickly.... This is Australia's most poisonous snake. I know, it's a cruel way to measure this, but: one bite of this one could kill 100.000 mice.
